As beneficiary of the 2015 Westport Santa Dash, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Kansas City needs your help in making this year’s run one to remember.

The wacky 5K, scheduled for the morning of Saturday, Dec. 5, will have over 1,000 runners decked out in Santa suits streaming through the streets of midtown Kansas City. To make that possible, volunteers are needed to assist as course monitors, mainly from 9:15-11:30 a.m. These volunteers will be strategically assigned to sections throughout the course and help report any injuries or issues while cheering on the running Santas.

If interested, sign-up here to confirm your attendance and receive final instructions. Please add in the notes/comments section that you are with BBBS. You can also assist with registration, clean-up or help on Friday with race packet pick-up. All volunteers receive an elf hat, Santa Dash ornament and post-race refreshments.

BBBSKC provides children facing adversity with strong, educated and professionally supported one-to-one relationships that change their lives for the better, forever. Find out more at bbbskc.org.
