March Underwearness with Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NW Missouri

  • Kansas and Missouri

In the United States, an average of 20 people are physically abused by intimate partners every minute, with 1 in 3 being a woman. That equates to a woman being assaulted every 9 seconds, totaling more than 10 million abuse victims annually. At the shelters that serve these victims, one of their biggest needs is new underwear. So join us as we partner up with the Girl Scouts of NE Kansas & NE Missouri to assist these shelters with our 1st annual March Underwearness Drive.

It’s simple. Throughout the month of March collect new pairs of women's underwear and any other items you wish to donate. Get your troop involved, hold a drive at school or tell all your friends via social media. Upon signing-up below, each troop will then be assigned a local women's shelter, where the donations can be dropped off after March 31.
